Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

If the Company decides not to disclose all or part of the information, it shall notify the individual without delay. A handling fee of JPY 1,000 per request may be charged.
- a. When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual or a third party
- b. When disclosure may significantly interfere with the proper operation of the Company
- c. When disclosure would violate applicable laws or regulations
2.Information other than personal information, such as browsing history or characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
1.Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information if it is inaccurate, in accordance with procedures established by the Company.
2.If the Company determines that such a request is necessary, it shall promptly make the correction, addition, or deletion.
3.The Company shall notify the user without delay of whether such correction or deletion has been made.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
1.If a user requests suspension or deletion of use of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose or obtained improperly, the Company shall conduct a necessary investigation.
2.Based on the results of such investigation, if the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, it shall promptly suspend or delete the use of the personal information.
3.The Company shall notify the user without delay of whether such measures have been taken.
4.If suspension or deletion involves excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company shall take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
1.The contents of this Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice to users, except as otherwise provided by laws or regulations.
2.Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when posted on this website.
